Account & Registration

Click the Register button at the top of any page. You will need to provide a valid email address, a Pakistan mobile number and a password. You will also need to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once registered, you can immediately log in, make your first PKR deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa and start exploring the platform.

Yes. Betpas is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. Underage accounts are closed immediately upon discovery and any funds are returned. We take this seriously and may request identity verification at any point. Please only register if you meet the minimum age requirement.

No. Each person is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are against the Terms and Conditions and may result in both accounts being suspended. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset process or contact support — there is no need to create a new account.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. From there you can request a change to your registered email or mobile number. For security reasons, both the old and new contact details will be verified before the change is applied. If you no longer have access to your original email, contact support directly with your account details and Pakistan mobile number.

You can request account closure by contacting support at the email address listed in the footer. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method before the account is closed. If you are closing your account due to concerns about your gaming habits, please review the Responsible Gaming page first — there are softer options like deposit limits and self-exclusion that may be more suitable.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Betpas supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other Pakistan mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR so there are no currency conversion fees. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your account within a few seconds. Head to the Deposit page to see the full list of available methods.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are usually processed within a few hours. Bank Transfer withdrawals typically take one to three working days depending on your bank. The first withdrawal from a new account may take slightly longer as part of a one-time verification check. Once processed from our side, the funds move according to your payment provider's own timelines.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page. Generally speaking, mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa have a lower minimum than bank transfers. There is no maximum limit on how much you can deposit, though your payment provider may have its own daily transaction caps.

First, check that the transaction was confirmed on your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank app. If you have a confirmation reference number but the funds have not appeared in your Betpas balance after fifteen minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number, amount and the time it was made. The team can trace it and resolve the issue quickly.

For security and fraud prevention reasons, withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit. If you need to change your withdrawal method — for example because you have changed your mobile number — contact support before requesting the withdrawal and they will guide you through the verification steps required.

Cricket & Sports Betting

Betpas covers a wide range of cricket competitions with Pakistan fans in mind. This includes Pakistan Super League (PSL), Pakistan home and away Test series, T20 internationals, the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, Champions Trophy, and bilateral ODI series. Markets go live as soon as fixtures are confirmed and include pre-match, in-play and outright competition betting.

If a match is officially abandoned before a result can be determined — including rain interruptions where no result is possible under DLS — all pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned to your PKR balance. In-play bets placed after the match started may have different rules depending on the specific market. Full settlement rules are available in the Terms and Conditions.

Yes. Betpas offers in-play betting on live cricket including PSL, T20 internationals and major bilateral series. Odds update ball by ball and you can bet on match winner, next wicket, next over runs, top batsman and many more markets in real time. Yes. Beyond cricket, Betpas covers football including major European leagues and international competitions. Esports markets are available for popular titles that have a strong following among Pakistan's younger audience. All sports are accessible from the same account and the same PKR balance — no separate sports wallet is needed.

Bonuses & Promotions

After registering, make your first PKR deposit and the welcome bonus will be credited to your account automatically if your deposit meets the minimum qualifying amount. The bonus and any associated free bets appear in your Promotions dashboard. Make sure you read the wagering requirements attached to the bonus before using it, as these determine how many times the bonus must be played through before a withdrawal can be requested.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling PKR 10,000 using the bonus balance before you can withdraw. Progress is tracked in your account dashboard. Not all game types contribute equally — check the specific promotion terms for details on which games count towards wagering.

In most cases yes, though the specific terms of each promotion determine which markets qualify. Sports bonuses and free bet credits are generally usable on cricket markets including PSL. Casino bonuses may be restricted to casino games only. Always check the individual promotion's terms displayed in your Promotions dashboard to confirm which markets and games are eligible for that specific offer.

App & Download

Visit the Download page on your Android phone's browser. The APK file can be downloaded directly from there. Before installing, go to your phone's Settings, open Security or Privacy, and enable "Install from unknown sources" or "Allow installs from this source." Once enabled, open the downloaded APK and follow the on-screen instructions. The app is optimised for all common Android versions and works well on Jazz, Telenor, Zong and Ufone data connections.

Yes. iPhone users can access Betpas via the mobile-optimised website in Safari, which behaves like a native app. You can add it to your home screen by tapping the Share button in Safari and selecting "Add to Home Screen." This gives you a one-tap shortcut that opens the full platform without needing to open a browser manually. Refer to the Download page for the latest iOS guidance.

First, confirm that you have enabled "Install from unknown sources" in your Android security settings. Also check that you have enough free storage space — at least 100MB is recommended. If the APK download seems incomplete, delete it and re-download from the Download page on a stable connection. If problems continue, try clearing your browser cache before downloading again or switch to a different browser such as Chrome.

Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to Account Settings, then select Responsible Gaming. From there you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Once a limit is set it applies immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before it takes effect — this is intentional and gives you time to reconsider. Reducing a limit takes effect right away. We encourage all players to set a budget before they start playing.

Yes. The self-exclusion and cool-off tools in your Responsible Gaming settings allow you to temporarily block access to your account without permanently closing it. You can set a cooling-off period of a few days up to several weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets. Your account and balance are safe and you can resume after the period ends. Visit the Responsible Gaming page for full details.

In your Account Settings under Responsible Gaming, you can set a session duration reminder. When your active session reaches the time you have chosen, a notification will appear on screen prompting you to review how long you have been playing. This is a voluntary tool and you can continue playing after dismissing it, but it is a useful check-in especially during long PSL match sessions.
